Cort Christie currently serves as the President & CEO of Nevada Corporate Headquarters, Inc.Las Vegas, NevadaFor more than two decades, Cort Christie has assisted clients as Chief Executive Officer and President of Nevada Corporate Headquarters, Inc. (NCH). Cort Christie’s Las Vegas-based firm has helped over 30,000 entrepreneurs form and incorporate Nevada businesses over the years. The company has expanded to the sister Reno-based Corporate Service Center, Inc., which offers clients a wide range of business formation consulting services. Mr. Christie earned his B.A. in Finance at the University of Minnesota, Duluth, subsequently pursuing an MBA at Pepperdine University in Los Angeles. He established NCH in 1989 at the age of 25, earning Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year distinction nine years later. Cort Christie holds a number of professional responsibilities beyond NCH, notably serving as Partner at Epic Capital Solutions, LLC. In this capacity, he has helped develop a Credit & Capital Advisory Group that offers financing- and credit-focused consulting services. Areas of expertise include credit improvement solutions, corporate structuring, and business credit development. Growing up in Minnesota, Mr. Christie suffered from seasonal affective disorder as a child. As owner of Alaska Northern Lights, he focuses on the production of the North Star 10000, a light box that helps people counter seasonal depression and achieve good health. Well recognized as a public speaker, Mr. Christie frequently speaks on behalf of NCH on topics such as asset protection, fundraising, and small business tax strategies. He has also appeared on MSNBC, CNBC, and numerous radio shows sharing his entrepreneurial strategies.
