Craig Nassi is the founder and owner of BCN Development, a New York-based company specializing in the construction of mixed-use luxury properties. Craig Nassi began his career as a developer in the early 1990s after completing a rigorous program at a leading real estate college. Passionate about architecture and construction, Craig Nassi initially devoted his energy to building single-family residences. After one year, Craig Nassi chose to pursue more complex projects, undertaking the development of commercial property and multi-family homes. The quality of Craig Nassi’s work quickly garnered the attention of numerous architects and real estate professionals, and he established BCN Development in 1993 to realize his dream of constructing luxurious high-rise residential buildings in downtown Denver. The first of these, the Belvedere Tower, resulted in numerous accolades for Craig Nassi and BCN Development, including awards from Ernst & Young such as Best New Development in 2000 and Best Overall Groundbreaker of the Year in 2001. Following these accomplishments, Craig Nassi focused his attention on numerous acquisition and development projects in cities across the United States, including Houston, Sacramento, Reno, and New York. Today, Craig Nassi oversees activities at BCN Development’s New York City headquarters, assisting the company’s talented and experienced team in the creation of unique, innovative structures. In addition to his duties at BCN Development, Craig Nassi serves as an Adjunct Instructor at New York University’s prestigious Schack Institute of Real Estate. Craig Nassi also devotes time and energy to a number of philanthropic causes, including substantial support for the Jewish National Fund and several other organizations. A regular participant in marathons and triathlons, Craig Nassi also enjoys yoga, spinning, and skiing.
