Founder and Manager of AALegalCashAdvanceChicago, IllinoisLawyer and entrepreneur Cynthia Grazian founded AALegal Cash Advance, LLC, in 2009, after a career in banking. Grazian business provides a resource to plaintiffs in personal injury lawsuits and worker’s compensation filings that might otherwise be forced to settle for smaller sums than they are entitled to. AALegal Cash fills this gap by providing “case loans” that pay for legal and living expenses and that are repaid once the case is settled. A licensed lender, Cynthia Grazian uses her knowledge of banking, federal, and state regulations to ensure that the business meets compliance mandates. Before founding her own business, Cynthia Grazian served as the Director and CEO of the InBank (now known as MB Financial Bank, N.A.), where she began as a loan officer and corporate counsel in 1996. Her work responsibilities included contract negotiations and settlements, financial planning, and human resource management. Grazian also supervised property acquisition, design and construction, and led marketing initiatives. Holding accreditation in bank management and credit analysis from the New York Institute of Finance, Cynthia Grazian received her B.A. from The University of Arizona in Tucson and her J.D. from the Illinois Institute of Technology Chicago-Kent College of Law. She maintains membership in the American Bar Association and the American College of Trial Lawyers. Cynthia Grazian interests include music, writing, running, and bicycling. Grazian is currently enrolled in the M.F.A. program at Northwestern University and is a member of the Writers Guild of America, West; the Indie Fiction Writers Association; and the Independent Published Short Story Association.
