Dan Papajcik served at the rank of Captain with the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps, where he held several positions, including trial counsel, administrative attorney, and labor counsel. Advocating on behalf of the government, Dan Papajcik prosecuted charges of wrongdoing and represented the Army in administrative litigation proceedings before the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Drawing on his extensive experience prosecuting cases, Dan Papajcik has firsthand insight into the criminal process, giving him insight to individuals facing criminal charges. As a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney, Dan Papajcik gained familiarity with the trial process, prosecuting numerous misdemeanor and traffic violations and probation revocations. As lead prosecutor in jury trials before the federal trial court level, Dan Papajcik personally handled charging defendants with wrongdoing, including larceny, assault, driving under the influence, possession and use of narcotics, trespassing, and disorderly conduct. Dan Papajcik earned admittance to practice law in the state courts of Illinois and Ohio, and obtained his Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. In addition to his allowance to practice before the Supreme Courts of Ohio and Illinois, Dan Papajcik is a member of the Federal Bar Association’s Eastern District of Michigan Chapter and the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois.
