Director of Medicine, University of Wisconsin School of Medicine, OBGYNMadison, WisconsinIn his position as an Associate Professor and a Division Director for the University of Wisconsin – Madison School of Medicine and Public Health, Dr. Dan Lebovic works with students and residents to help them gain comprehensive knowledge of reproductive dndocrinology and infertility. Previously, Dr. Dan Lebovic joined the staff of the University of Michigan as a Lecturer in 2000, and he maintained duties in this role until 2002 when he was promoted to Assistant Professor on the instructional track. He eventually accrued tenure in 2007 as an Associate Professor. Dr. Dan Lebovic also served at the University of Michigan as an Assistant Residency Director and Co-Director of the University of Michigan Endometriosis Center. As a practitioner, Dr. Lebovic’s areas of specialty include endometriosis. Endometriosis is a condition that occurs when cells from the inner lining of the uterus start to grow in other parts of the body, which can cause infertility and be painful for the woman. Some of his other areas of specialty include in vitro fertilization, recurrent pregnancy loss, and robotic myomectomy. Dr. Dan Lebovic regularly cares for patients and provides a variety of reproductive endocrinology and infertility treatments at Generations Fertility Care, a Middleton, Wisconsin-based clinic of which Dr. Lebovic remains the Medical Director.
