Darío Núñez-Ameni recived a degree in architecture from The Cooper Union in 1993, where he subsequently taught several courses including architectonics, computational design methods and spatial representation. He has worked in the studio of Raimund Abraham and later was a lead designer and partner at Acconci Studio, an architecture and design office led by conceptual artist Vito Acconci. Dario’s work with the studio has recived international acclaim and he was the lead designer and project architect for Island on the Mur River in Graz, Austria. He has lectured and been a guest critic at several Universities including the Cooper Union, MIT, Pratt Institute and Columbia University
