Managing a group of 6 direct reports managing Diagnostic Imaging (CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, and Bone Density), Phlebotomy and Laboratory services, Pulmonary, Sleep Lab, Physical Therapy, Clinical Research, and Supply Chain Management.
Responsible for 150 million in revenue and nearly $80 million in expenses and charged with business development for the clinic. Doubled lab profit over the last three years. Increased the patient volume in Diagnostic Imaging by 40% in the last 4 years. Started up the Sleep Center, Physical Therapy, and Clinical Research departments. Added a second imaging center located in the North Seattle in early 2008 and a third in 2012. Promoted to Vice President of Ancillary Services in 2010. Nominated to The Polyclinic Community Health Foundation Board of Directors in December of 2008 and serving as Vice President.
