Vice President, Universal Jet CharterLas Vegas, NevadaAn entertainment executive based in Beverly Hills, California, David Corazza earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance at New York University, where he also obtained his Juris Doctor. Mr. Corazza was able to parlay his business and legal education into a position as Vice President in Charge of Finance at two Hollywood production companies, Page One in Van Nuys and Strictly Business Productions in Beverly Hills. In these leadership roles, he demonstrated his abilities at forging partnerships with Wall Street investors, analyzing IPOs, and vetting financial and legal agreements. David Corazza provided his financial analysis and contract negotiation skills to such well-known clients as Playboy, Showtime Networks Inc., Universal Studios, and Home Box Office, Inc. (HBO). He has represented both actors and athletes. Additionally, he has worked on three HBO series, Oz, Entourage, and The Sopranos, supervising staff as well as scheduling and budgeting efforts. Along with his business acumen and legal knowledge, David Corazza continues to demonstrate his creativity. He enrolled in the Master of Arts program at American Film Institute to pursue film production and screenwriting. To date, David Corazza has sold some of his original screenplays, and he has produced a number of television programs, feature films, music videos, and commercials. Besides his broad entertainment industry experience involving celebrities and moguls, David Corazza has accommodated high rollers as a former VIP host for the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Currently acting as Vice President at Universal Jet Charter, David Corazza is also working toward his MBA in International Business at Harvard University, and he continues to seek out film and video production opportunities.
