About David JargielloFor more than 20 years, attorney David Jargiello has served as an innovator in the fields of technology, venture capital, and corporate law. After high school, David Jargiello enrolled at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Graduating from Case Western Reserve University in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, David Jargiello earned a grant from the National Science Foundation’s Graduate Research Fellowship Program to attend Stanford University. From 1983 to 1985, David Jargiello attended Stanford University, ultimately gaining a Master of Science degree. Upon graduation from Stanford, David Jargiello entered the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (Boalt Hall). In 1989, David Jargiello received his J.D. from Boalt Hall and, soon after, joined the legal team at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, California. As a corporate and securities associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati from August 1989 to February 1993, David Jargiello played an active role in the firm’s emerging companies group and worked with longtime legal partner Craig Johnson. Along with Johnson and several other attorneys from Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, David Jargiello founded Venture Law Group in February 1993, representing some of the founding companies of the Web 1.0 generation. Over the course of David Jargiello’s 10 years as a shareholder and general counsel with Venture Law Group, the group worked with companies such as Hotmail, Yahoo!, WebTV, and Cerent, helping these businesses to ensure their place among the top global Internet companies. Since then, David Jargiello has worked for Heller Ehrman LLP, Virtual Law Partners LLP, and Coronado Ventures Forum on its Board of Directors. David Jargiello's Schools
