Dr. David McKee graduated summa cum laude from Macalester College in May 1983, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry. An excellent student, Dr. McKee earned a number of academic honors and was elected to The Phi Beta Kappa Society in his junior year before graduating first in his class. Dr. David McKee then enrolled at University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, where he earned his MD in 1987. Continuing his exceptional academic performance, he graduated in the top 10% of his class and became a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He then went on to study neurology at Oregon Health & Science University before accepting the Jeanne Timmins Fellowship at McGill University’s Montreal Neurological Institute, where he studied neuromuscular disease. At the conclusion of his fellowship, Dr. David McKee was the only fellow to be offered a promotion to the university’s faculty.

After completing his fellowship, Dr. David McKee opened Northland Neurology & Myology, PA, where he currently serves as a neurologist and President of the organization. Based in Duluth, Minnesota, Dr. McKee evaluates and treats patients with neurological diseases in the clinic and in a hospital setting.

In 2010, Dr. David McKee became Medical Director of Integrity Health Network, an organization consisting of more than 40 clinics. In this role, Dr. McKee strives to improve the quality of patient care provided by a diverse range of specialists. More than 200 physicians serve the network, caring for patients throughout the area. In addition to working in the network’s many clinics, the specialists at Integrity Health Network travel throughout the region, visiting cities and towns to treat patients who are unable to travel to the network’s clinics.

Dr. David McKee belongs to a number of professional organizations, including the American Association of Neuromuscular & Electrodiagnostic Medicine and the American Academy of Neurology. Dr. McKee has also been selected as one of the best physicians in the Duluth area by Duluth Superior Magazine from 2009 to 2011.
