David O. Lindner began his accomplished career at Kirlin Securities, Inc., a company he co-founded in 1987. During his 18-year tenure, he functioned as Chief Executive Officer, Chairman, Head of Corporate Finance, and co-founder. Serving a wide variety of clients in and around New York, David O. Lindner provided financial and money management services. An effective leader, he boosted the company’s revenue to $40 million within a brief period. When Kirlin Securities was sold in 2005, it had over 500 employees. In the same year, he joined Form 4 Diversification Fund LLC, where he functioned as Managing Member for three years.

In 2008, David O. Lindner accepted his current position as Managing Director and President of Evergreen Capital Solutions, LLC. In his capacity with the capital markets firm, David O. Lindner assists clients and guides Evergreen Capital Solutions’ growth. At Evergreen Capital Solutions, he has already assisted three companies in going public with shares trading in the stock market.

David O. Lindner graduated from Roger Williams University, located in Rhode Island. While immersed in a challenging curriculum, David O. Lindner demonstrated an early propensity for business leadership. For two years, he served as President of the institution’s Business Vision and Performance Society.

In his leisure time, David O. Lindner engages in physical activities, including boating, playing tennis, and rifle shooting. David O. Lindner also enjoys spending time with his family.
