In 1991, David Pomrinca began his professional career as a Manufacturing Accounting & Planning Specialist at M&M/Mars, based in Hackettstown, New Jersey. In this capacity, David Pomrinca coordinated and analyzed manufacturing costs to determine operating results for the company. Then in 1993, David Pomrinca was promoted into a Manufacturing Capital Analyst role. In this role David Pomrinca participated in the design of financial systems, implementing enhancements that produced reliable information and greatly improved productivity. 

After three years, David Pomrinca transitioned into the role of Treasury Analyst. From 1996 to 1999, David Pomrinca managed daily cash mobilization and functioned as liaison and strategist for the Treasury department, facilitating the corporate financial planning process and ensuring the appropriate use of available funds. 

Following his accomplishments as Treasury Analyst, David Pomrinca took on new responsibilities as International Finance Manager of M&M/Mars. Collaborating with international affiliates to balance brand necessity and profit value, David Pomrinca spearheaded an initiative to reduce manufacturing costs while increasing affiliate revenue and profitability. Subsequently, David Pomrinca served as Finance Manager for M&M/Mars’ Sugar Business Development Team until 2001, at which time he pursued a position, Manager of IT Investment & Strategic Planning with Pfizer Inc. In this role, David Pomrinca initiated a highly effective Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) process, allowing the business to evaluate the portfolio of IT applications and effectively manage annual operating costs. Over the course of the following four years, David Pomrinca acted as Pfizer’s Senior Finance Manager of Business Development and Senior Category Finance Manager for the organization’s Consumer Products Division. 

In 2006, Johnson & Johnson acquired Pfizer Consumer Healthcare and David Pomrinca accepted the position of World Wide Finance Manager of Wound Care. David Pomrinca provided financial leadership to the World Wide Wound Care business, representing nearly a $1 billion in revenue. Less than a year later, David Pomrinca accepted the position of Finance Manager, Consolidations & Personal Care at Johnson & Johnson where he was responsible for consolidation of US Consumer Healthcare business results.
