Deboul Kim is a chef and restaurant owner.

Local restaurateur Deboul Kim developed a love of food from an early age. He spent years discovering and learning about food and wine in kitchens and restaurants throughout the world and the great dining rooms of notable American restaurants.

Today, Deboul Kim has a solid reputation of a highly regarded, award-winning restaurateur. Deboul Kim learned to cook growing up with a food-centric family to support him. Before the age of 15, Deboul Kim got a job in a restaurant doing everything from chopping onions to running errands—and quickly moved on to wait tables and becoming a line chef. Deboul Kim trained at a prestigious culinary institution. After graduating, he looked for a job that would allow him to be near his family and devote his time to building his own restaurant. Deboul Kim started his career as a line chef, working to raise money for a variety of charities aimed at improving the overall quality of food served in the industry.

Deboul Kim’s restaurant ownership seemed destined from his youth in the kitchen, and he now develops menus that have received numerous awards. In addition to his award winning food selections, Deboul Kim designs creative dining areas that feature carving stations and wood stone ovens so that patrons can be part of the entire dining experience.
