Delma Pacheco has worked for CIT Small Business Lending Corporation as a Senior Regional Account Manager since 2005. The Austin Business Journal named CIT Small Business Lending Corporation the Number One SBA 7(a) Lender in Central Texas. Prior to joining CIT Small Business Lending Corporation, Delma Pacheco served as the Assistant Vice President for Compass Bank and advanced through multiple positions with Bank One Corporation. An alumnus of St. Edward’s University, Delma Pacheco holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Delma Pacheco is currently studying to become a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

In her role as Senior Regional Account Manager at CIT Small Business Lending Corp, Delma Pacheco set up and established a top ranked market presence, developed and implemented a targeted marketing campaign and established brand awareness among specific market segments (medical professionals, business brokers, developers, real estate professionals). Delma Pacheco designed a marketing campaign the included presentations, calling efforts to referral sources (attorneys, accountant and real estate brokers). Delma Pacheco successfully marketed to Central Texas banks establishing a strategic alliance with CIT as an alternative source of funding for their clients. Further, Delma Pacheco managed numerous developer co-branding programs throughout central Texas positioning CIT as their premier lender. Delma Pacheco was also responsible for conducting credit analysis and generation of proposals for applicants seeking project financing.
