Beginning as Operations Processor, Griggs expanded her professional experience through roles as Operations Manager, Financial Consultant, Work Director, and Business Systems Consultant. While serving in these positions, she successfully achieved two higher education degrees and one project management certificate. Demitria Griggs worked towards a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management at DeVry University from 2002 to 2006, graduating cum laude. In 2006 Demitria Griggs attained an Art and Science of Project Management Certificate from Tech Masters IX. From 2007 to 2009, Demitria Griggs pursued a Master of Science in Leadership at Grand Canyon University. As an online training facilitator for the business school, Griggs ensures that new faculty and instructor trainees are well-informed of deliverables through announcements and updated information.
