Dennis Wilenchik founded the Phoenix, Arizona, law firm of Wilenchik & Bartness, P.C., in 1991 with Becky Ann Bartness. The National Board of Trial Advocacy Division of the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification has certified Dennis Wilenchik as a Civil Trial Advocate for over 15 years, and he holds memberships in the American Bar Association and the Maricopa County Bar Association. Dennis Wilenchik is licensed to practice in all Arizona state and federal courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. His practice at Wilenchik & Bartness primarily focuses on real estate and business litigation. Dennis Wilenchik represents clients in a range of legal matters, such as construction defect actions, tortious and fraudulent business activities, landlord and tenant disputes, and breach of contract actions. Most recently, Dennis Wilenchik successfully represented the groups Equitable Troon K LLC and Equitable Troon H LLC in a breach of contract case against First American Title Insurance Company. The court ordered First American Title to pay $1.6 million in damages to the investors for failure to honor its insurance contract. In a breach of contract lawsuit on behalf of Randall Martin Homes, Dennis Wilenchik obtained a $700,000 verdict for his client. Arguing on behalf of the BB&K Metro Tech Center, LLC, in a leasing dispute, Dennis Wilenchik won a verdict of $540,000, which he also successfully defended on appeal. Dennis Wilenchik serves as a Fellow of both the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys and the Arizona Bar Foundation. He hosts the radio show Legal-Ease, which focuses on legal issues of national interest.
