Diana Petrik is an experienced professional who has managed recruiting efforts and led teams at a number of technology companies in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Diana Petrik recently held a position as a Recruiting Coordinator at Facebook, where she helped improve the company’s software engineering team. She coordinated interviews for job candidates, attended career fairs to seek out new talent, and collaborated with marketing vendors to promote the company on university campuses.

In addition to working with Facebook, Diana Petrik has also been a part of the team at the online reputation management company Reputation.com, Inc. In her role as Growth and Retention Manager, Ms. Petrik was also the VIP Liaison and Company Recruiter. Her achievements there included building teams, managing member services, and drastically reducing the time it required to deliver services to clients. She worked extensively with third-party vendors.

Prior to her position with Reputation.com, Diana Petrik functioned as a team leader with Google. Working within the Google Maps division, her job was to gather information with her team members and improve quality control.

Diana Petrik also possesses an extensive background in retail management. As the owner of the children’s store Planet Kids from 1996 to 2008, Ms. Petrik was involved in daily operations in the children’s store. She had 10 profitable quarters and improved the bookkeeping, buying, and expense-balancing operations over time. Ms. Petrik also created the company’s website and managed it. A readers’ poll voted it the “Best in Bay Area.” In addition to managing the shop’s website, Diana Petrik crafted advertisements for Internet, radio, print media, and the local news.

After managing Planet Kids, Ms. Petrik was an Executive Assistant at the Libra Electric Company. She helped the company with collection accounts and worked with clients in addition to her duties assisting senior executives.

Diana Petrik is a graduate of Mercy High School in Burlingame, California. Afterward, she attended the College of San Mateo and Mission College, also located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
