Dick Weers has worked at a variety of national insurance marketing companies specializing in various sectors of the industry, including Dick Weers Insurance Marketing, where he held the role of President from April 2004 to May 2008.

Today, Dick Weers serves as a marketing professional at Premier Senior Marketing, a national insurance marketing company specializing in the senior citizen sector of the market. Since 1967, Premier Senior Marketing has provided agents with the benefits of extensive experience in the senior market. At Premier Senior Marketing, Dick Weers is responsible for the recruitment and support of financial advisors in Premier-represented product sales.

Dick Weers also has experience in annuities, having held the position of Director of Annuity Marketing at Financial Brokerage, Inc. in Omaha, Nebraska from 1999 to 2004. At Financial Brokerage, Inc., Dick Weers managed sales forecasting, recruiting, marketing staff training and supervision, and budgeting for the annuity division.

In 2006, Dick Weers began work at United First Financial. Today, Dick Weers is a Director at the financial services company, which utilizes an interest reduction solution to help homeowners reach their financial goals.
