Dimitri Gontscharow wields his extensive experience in software and hardware IT support to growing companies in various fields. As the IT Support Manager for USEC Inc., Dimitri Gontscharow resolves all technology-related issues for individual employees as well as on a corporate level. Dimitri Gontscharow also leads the USEC corporate headquarters’ support staff through all technology improvements. Since 2004, Dimitri Gontscharow has improved USEC’s staff efficiency and customer service reliability by minimizing computer problems and system malfunctions. Dimitri Gontscharow developed company best practices and standards for desktop computers, laptops, and other computer equipment. Dimitri Gontscharow’s USEC training manuals for corporate users have augmented understanding of software applications. During a USEC office move, Dimitri Gontscharow planned and coordinated the systems with minimal downtime or interruption, resulting in a smooth transition from log-off on Friday to when work resumed on Monday. Prior to USEC, Dimitri Gontscharow led a 12-person technical team at Network Alliance, Inc., where he implemented a two-tier Help Desk program for on-site services. Dimitri Gontscharow also headed a project with a third-party vendor to install robust anti-virus programs on computers in all Network Alliance field locations.
