Doak Finch is employed as the Assistant Coach of the University of Virginia swim team. He is also actively involved in the recruiting, training and preparing UVA swimmers for competition. He graduated from UVA in 2000 with a degree in Economics. He has been in Charlottesville since then as an employee of the university. Doak is ranked as one of the top five swimmers in Virginia in the 200 fly and 400 I.M. He has represented the U.S. in international competition and was 7th in the 200 fly at the 2000 US Olympic trials.
