Dominique Iakhlef leverages 20 years of work experience in business-to-business sales and optometry in his work designing image-marketing strategies for his clients. From his position as the Director of Visual Communications for Visual Communication Consulting Ltd. in London, Mr. Iakhlef has used his visionary outlook to create branding strategies for numerous pharmaceutical and optometry products, as well as real estate companies and a variety of other ventures.

Dominique Iakhlef began his sales career as a salesman for KIS France, a manufacturer of photoproducts. His inventive sales methods quickly resulted in promotion to the position of sales executive after he landed his first successful contract. Mr. Iakhlef left KIS France to sign himself to the Register of Independent Sales Representatives. Around this time, he made a series of fruitful deals with investors who purchased a number of videocassette slot machines.

Adding to the depth of Dominique Iakhlef’s unique marketing vision is his experience in optometry. After growing up in Dijon, France, Mr. Iakhlef relocated to Paris to study at optometry at the Fresnel School in Paris and worked for several years as an optician.

Another important inspiration for Dominique Iakhlef’s distinctive style comes from his ties with, and appreciation for, the international art community. An attendant to numerous openings and exhibits throughout the world, Mr. Iakhlef embraces a modern view of all things visual. He greatly admires the work of New York artist Jean-Michel Basquiat, along with his contemporaries. Mr. Iakhlef also contributes to the art community through his patronage of New York’s Momenta Art, an organization run by artists that promotes and supports new and relatively unknown artists.
