Operations management professional Donald T. Welsh has held a range of positions in the health care industry and in the U.S. military. Donald T. Welsh achieved the rank of Colonel in the U.S. Marine Corps and possesses several decades of international experience. Donald T. Welsh has served as a Facilities Manager for a 120-bed health center in Johnston, Rhode Island. In this role, Donald T. Welsh oversees maintenance, security, and environmental quality.
