As one of the top salesmen at VMH International, LLC, Douglas Gudorf sets a high standard for software demonstration and configuration. Acting as a liaison between original equipment manufacturers and user companies, VMH provides consultation and engineering solutions by offering world-renowned programs such as Siemens PLM and Cortona3D. Based in Dayton, Ohio, Douglas Gudorf’s product and account knowledge put him in a good position to serve VMH customers in the region, such as the Miamisburg-based engineering and development firm O’Neil & Associates; Vandalia manufacturer and marketer of infant and juvenile products, Evenflo Company, Inc.; and the University of Dayton Research Center.

Douglas Gudorf accepted his current position with VMH in 2009. Prior to that, he worked as a Sales Engineer for UGS Corp., which later became Siemens PLM (Product Lifestyle Management) Software. Douglas Gudorf not only regularly met sales quotas for UGS, but also won awards for new account generation and sales performance. In addition, he configured and installed software programs for clients in the area around Cincinnati, Ohio. Before his stint with UGS, he worked for four years in Milford, Ohio, at Electronic Data Systems (EDS). He won awards for his performance the company’s top salesperson in the nation for engineering software during his every year of his tenure with EDS.

A resident of Dayton, Ohio, Douglas Gudorf enjoys a good game of tennis in his free time, the sport he pursued as an undergraduate at Wright State University. He worked his way through college while double majoring in statistics and finance. He also likes to hike, fish, and go camping. A member of the congregation at Victory Christian Church, Douglas Gudorf also takes an active role in the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce, the Dayton Tooling and Manufacturing Association, and the Society of Manufacturing Engineers. In addition, he does pro bono work as a trainer in software operation and programming for unemployed electricians as a community service of VMH.
