His duties entailed handling company litigation, performing alternative dispute resolution, and conducting internal audit reviews. Douglas Kordel earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from The University of Toledo in 1993. Continuing his education at the University of Dayton School of Law, he earned his Juris Doctor in 1997, graduating in the top 12% of his class.
