Dr. Amores is a faculty member with teaching responsibilities in the Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship program at St. Luke’s Hospital and Health Network in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Amores presented a poster at the 2009 American Medical Society for Sports Medicine National Conference. Dr. Amores and a colleague shared new insight on the treatment of knee injuries through a poster presentation on an adolescent football player who suffered a lateral knee dislocation.

A graduate of Queens College, Dr. Amores earned his M.D. degree at Columbia and was the recipient of an Outstanding Humanism and Compassion Exemplar Award. Dr. Amores completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at New York Presbyterian Hospital.
