John Goldener enrolled at Georgetown University, where he took his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Medicine. John Goldener acquired his Master of Medical Management from Tulane University’s School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. As a physician, Dr. John Goldener founded two pediatric medical practices: Main Line Pediatrics and Pediatric Associates of the Main Line. Dr. John Goldener directed both businesses for over 20 years, and what he experienced during that time sparked an interest in him to help qualified professionals find satisfying employment opportunities. As a Pediatrician and business owner, Dr. John Goldener oversaw many business functions, including recruiting new staff members, establishing care pathways, drafting internal policies, and managing finances. Beyond his personal business concerns, Dr. John Goldener was the Chairman of the Department of Pediatrics at Lankenau Hospital in North Philadelphia, Pennsylvania during his time as a Pediatrician, managing a staff of over 50 people. Dr. Goldener was responsible for the hospital’s Pediatric clinic, and he helped to establish the first Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Nursery in the Philadelphia suburbs. Today, Dr. John Goldener has leveraged his experiences as a business owner and medical professional to found Goldener Executive Search. Goldener Executive Search has performed hundreds of retained searches in Pharma and Biotech in both the United States and Europe. Dr. John Goldener understands multiple therapeutic areas, and he has helped countless individuals secure high-level positions.
