With a number of professional, charitable, and personal commitments, Dr. Max Goldstein leads a diverse and balanced lifestyle.

Farmington, Connecticut

Over the years, Dr. Max Goldstein has devoted much of his time and energy to various local charities and worldwide humanitarian efforts. At an early age, Dr. Max Goldstein learned the value of community service through the Boy Scouts of America, ultimately achieving the rank of Eagle Scout. As an undergraduate and biology major at Binghamton University in New York, Dr. Max Goldstein gained valuable volunteering experience at both the Binghamton University Independent Biology Lab and the Binghamton General Hospital, which set the tone for his future career in medicine. Dr. Max Goldstein maintained his commitment to volunteerism while completing graduate coursework at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, spending time at his university’s clinic and Coney Island Hospital. Since the commencement of his residency in emergency medicine at the University of Connecticut Health Center in 2007, Dr. Max Goldstein has provided essential assistance to Hartford’s Interval House, serving the needs of women and children affected by domestic violence. Dr. Max Goldstein also ensures the proper advancement of medical research through his contributions to such organizations as St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital and the American Cancer Society. Promoting an interest in the lives of Israeli soldiers and their families, Dr. Max Goldstein gives to the LIBI Fund, which affords access to health care, higher education, and other social services. In his hometown of Manchester, Connecticut, Dr. Max Goldstein and his wife have donated to the Manchester High School Football Team and the Cornerstone Christian School. In addition, Dr. Max Goldstein remains affiliated with the Boy Scouts of America and serves as Assistant Scout Master of Troop 256, wherein he participates in numerous local cleanup projects. Dr. Max Goldstein works both in Farmington and Hartford, Connecticut.
