A gifted administrator and executive, Dr. Molly Hall possesses 30 years of experience in psychology, psychiatry, and public health.

Dr. Molly Hall, Vice President at Premier Health Partners, has accumulated an astounding number of achievements as an officer, an educator, and a medical professional. Dr. Molly Hall’s superlative academic background reflects her intellect and assiduity. Dr. Molly Hall attended Yale University, where she graduated with the highest honors and a combined degree in Psychology and Biology. At Cornell University, where she received her MD, Dr. Molly Hall was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. Dr. Molly Hall completed residencies in New York City, then became specialty board certified in psychiatry. A retired colonel, Dr. Molly Hall dedicated 21 years of service to the U.S. Air Force. Highlights of Dr. Molly Hall’s service include posts as a Clinician Consultant to the Air Force Surgeon General and as Director of Air Force Medical Consultants. In her role as a clinician consultant, Dr. Molly Hall was a member of a highly effective Air Force task force to reduce suicide rates. Dr. Molly Hall directed residency programs at a number of service universities, Air Force hospitals, and their affiliated medical schools. An astute analytical thinker and complex problem solver, Dr. Molly Hall developed curricula, managed residents and special programs, and left an indelible mark on the medical training of hundreds of physicians and physician officers. Alongside her work as Chief Academic Officer at Premier Health Partners, Dr. Molly Hall now directs the residency program in Graduate Medical Education at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine, where she is also Associate Dean for Premier. At Wright State, Dr. Molly Hall continues to set the highest standards for excellence in medical education.
