With a dedication to a broad array of charitable endeavors, Dr. Pamela Pyle has helped hundreds of individuals

Utilizing her education and training as a physician, Dr. Pamela Pyle has applied her expertise to charitable pursuits in the United States and abroad. Volunteering in church organizations in and around her hometown of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Dr. Pyle recently focused her energies on her charitable pursuits as a fund-raiser and medical team leader.

Obtaining an undergraduate degree in physiology from Oklahoma State University, Dr. Pamela Pyle earned recognition during her studies. An exceptional student, Dr. Pamela Pyle appeared on the President’s and Dean’s Lists. She also earned membership in Alpha Epsilon Delta, Inc., the national health preprofessional honor society. Undertaking her graduate studies, Dr. Pyle attended the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she appeared on the Dean’s List. She also served as President of the Psi Sigma Alpha honor society and as class Vice President. In addition, she earned recognition as an Outstanding Young Women in America. Ranking second in her class, Dr. Pamela Pyle graduated with a D.O. in 1989. She continued to complete her medical training with an internship and residency at the Baylor College of Medicine, where she received certification from the American Board of Internal Medicine in 1992.

With more than 20 years of experience as a physician in multiple disciplines, Dr. Pamela Pyle is actively involved in fund-raising efforts for children in Africa, specifically in Rwanda. Her latest endeavors include hosting a fund-raiser, A Night for Rwanda, that raised more than $35,000 to provide vitamins and medication for schoolchildren. Dr. Pyle will continues these efforts in July when she brings a team to Africa to continue her medical mission.
