Based in Spartanburg, South Carolina, Dr. Randy Kale is a graduate of the Palmer College of Chiropractic in Iowa. After graduation, Dr. Randy Kale returned to his hometown to practice, wishing to give back to the community that raised him. Motivated to practice by the philosophy of treating an illness rather than its symptoms, Dr. Randy Kale strives to show his patients that health can be achieved without drugs or surgery. Identifying the well-being of his patients as his top priority, Dr. Randy Kale serves his clients to the best of his ability and, when appropriate, refers them to other specialists for additional treatment. Dedicated to providing premier chiropractic care, Dr. Randy Kale has continued his education in a number of post-graduate programs. Most recently, Dr. Randy Kale completed courses at the University of Bridgeport’s College of Chiropractic on subjects ranging from Ethics for Professionals and Emergency Procedures to Hormones and Rheumatology. Dr. Randy Kale has also participated in course work on Essentials of Practice Principles, Top Ten Nutritional and Herbal Strategies for an Effective Practice, and Effective Negotiating. In addition, Dr. Randy Kale received certificates in Clinical Thermography and Impairment Rating. Beyond his classroom training, Dr. Randy Kale keeps himself informed about his field as a member of the South and North Carolina Chiropractic Associations as well as the International Chiropractic Association. The office and land in which Dr. Randy Kale currently practices formerly belonged to his father as the Kale Chiropractic and Research Center. Dr. Randy Kale repurchased the land and office and now proudly sits in father’s office at his personal desk and chair. One day, Dr. Randy Kale hopes, his own son will fill the seat as a third generation Upper Cervical Chiropractor. Dr. Randy Kale, a strong proponent of Upper Cervical Chiropractic care, explains that his field of Chiropractic concerns not only the spine, but the entire body as well, and that chiropractors rally the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Following the advice that he gives his patients, Dr. Randy Kale engages in an active lifestyle and healthy eating habits. Recreationally, Dr. Randy Kale enjoys a number of sports, including scuba diving and water skiing. Dr. Randy Kale also has his private pilot’s license and likes to play the guitar. In addition, Dr. Randy Kale is an inventor in his spare time and holds a patent. Dr. Randy Kale and his wife Melissa are raising their five children in Spartanburg.
