Dru Rasmussen is responsible for the finances of The Council. He comes to Hanover from the Virginia Retirement System, where he worked with the Public Equity group managing a portfolio of more than $35 billion. His primary focus was the $2.5 billion Hedge Fund allocation. Prior to joining VRS, he worked with Deloitte & Touche in the Assurance & Advisory practice. Mr. Rasmussen received a B.S., cum laude, in Business Administration and Accounting from Washington and Lee University.
