A respected engineer, Dubernia Bales founded his own civil engineering firm, Zone Engineering, Inc., in 2005. As Chief Executive Officer and President, Dubernia Bales oversees day-to-day operations at Zone Engineering, Inc. With nearly two decades of experience in the field, Dubernia Bales provides civil engineering services for subdivisions, office buildings, business parks, roadways, and schools, among others. Additionally, Mr. Bales aims to provide his clients with cost-effective solutions, offering high-quality, error-free designs that result in savings during the construction process. Based in Las Vegas, Zone Engineering offers a broad array of land development and civil engineering services, including commercial and residential master planning, topographic analysis and verification, technical drainage reports, flood insurance studies, dry utility design, and construction contractor management.

Under the leadership of Dubernia Bales, Zone Engineering has carried out a diverse range of projects in and around Nevada. Zone Engineering prepared construction plans and conducted site inspections for this project on a weekly basis. The firm also handled City View Business Park, a commercial warehouse distribution center with 41 buildings. For this project, Mr. Bales and his team created civil improvement plans for a 1.5 million gallon water tank and crafted designs around 13 railroad service spurs. Zone Engineering has also directed projects for Sunset Ridge, Grand Montecito Animal Hospital, Southwest Gas Corporation, and Christ the Servant Church.

An alumnus of the University of New Mexico, Dubernia Bales graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He formerly acted as President of the American Society of Civil Engineers Student Chapter. Residing in Las Vegas, Dubernia Bales enjoys traveling, playing billiards, and working out.
