These private merchant banking and commercial trading companies assist a variety of clients with mergers and acquisitions, private placement, and trade and development. Edward Holl maintains a vast network of partners and associates, including entrepreneurs, CEO-level executives, and private investors, with experience in finance, real estate development, air freight, and ocean shipping. With years of international business experience, Edward Holl’s team possesses the expertise required to sustain successful long-term relationships with business owners and principals. In addition to operating his own thriving businesses, Edward Holl advises and invests in private companies. Currently, Edward Holl serves as a Director for California Atlantic, Ltd. and Holl & Company, Inc. A proponent of advanced education, Edward Holl sits on the Board of Trustees for the Ridley College Scholarship Fund. In the beginning of his career, Edward Holl demonstrated a talent for business development. Three years after starting as a trainee with Bateman Eichler, Hill Richards Inc., Edward Holl co-founded the company’s investment management consulting group. In three years, this firm generated more than $1 billion in assets. In his next role, Edward Holl operated as a Senior Vice President with Shearson Lehman Brothers. A graduate of Occidental College, Edward Holl holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science.
