Eugene Chuag extensive academic research and technical writings have positioned Eugene Chuang Garg an expert in high-tech cementitious materials, structural theory and analysis, and computer modeling methods. Eugene Chuang has served as the Principal-in-Charge for numerous multi-million dollar transit, construction, and bridge inspection projects in Connecticut. Eugene Chuang’s Garg Engineering is now being used by FHWA to research methods for optimizing section sizes of beams using high performance concrete. Dr. Eugene Chuang of Garg Engineering received his Masters and Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he developed a theoretical model and finite element program to simulate behavior of high performance concrete structures.
