Throughout his career, Ezequiel Steiner, CEO of business software manufacturer Acumatica, has cultivated a strong interest in information technology. As an undergraduate at the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina, Ezequiel Steiner focused his studies on new and emerging developments in technology, eventually earning his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. From there, Ezequiel Steiner entered the professional world, working as a consultant for General Electric, and serving in diverse roles at Xerox and Direct S.A.

After gaining experience in the tech sector, Ezequiel Steiner garnered the attention of IBM and began a lengthy period in diverse sales and marketing roles for the company. Over the course of his career with IBM, Ezequiel Steiner accomplished numerous objectives, such as the displacement of competitors from major accounts. Ezequiel Steiner also won the IBM Role Model Award while employed by the firm.

As a result of his impeccable educational and work history, Parallels in Herndon, Virginia, hired Ezequiel Steiner to create and lead the business development team. For nearly five years, Ezequiel Steiner served Parallels in a variety of ways, bringing about a string of significant victories for the virtualization and automation software manufacturer. Ezequiel Steiner also helped Parallels build and strengthen relationships with HP, Microsoft, IBM, and other large IT vendors. A valued contributor to the overall growth and development of his company, Ezequiel Steiner was promoted to the role of Senior Vice President of Business and Corporate Development.

Ezequiel Steiner exported his sense of tenacity and passion to Acumatica in May 2009, earning the position of CEO. Since then, Ezequiel Steiner has fostered new relationships with major IT firms, delivered new products to the marketplace, and helped increase Acumatica’s presence in locations in Asia. Ezequiel Steiner holds a Master’s of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
