Farrah Fazal has been a Reporter and Anchor for KRGV in Weslaco, Texas. Farrah Fazal concentrates on issues important to residents of the Rio Grande Valley, from human trafficking to military news. Farrah Fazal has also proven her ability to provide viewers with the opportunity to share their own stories and build a strong, well-informed community.

Previously, Farrah Fazal made vital contributions to KETV in Omaha as an I-Team Reporter and Anchor, and her insightful coverage attracted increased viewership during weekends and among minority audiences. , Farrah Fazal served the greater St. Louis community by specializing in enterprise and investigative stories while a Producer and Reporter for KTVI. Farrah Fazal is also a veteran of WINK-TV, WFTV, and KULR-8, and she has spent additional time working in radio.

Farrah Fazal has lived in Africa, Canada, England, and the U.S. She studied broadcast journalism, sociology, political science, and psychology at institutions including Mount Royal University and Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT), earning her Bachelor of Arts degree. Over her accomplished career, Farrah Fazal has won three Emmy Awards and several other honors. Farrah Fazal supports the Special Olympics, a variety of programs promoting literacy, and children’s issues.
