A management professional with more than 20 years of relevant experience, Fletcher Carmon currently oversees a dedicated team at one of Nestlé’s main U.S. production facilities. In his supervisory role at the manufacturing plant, Fletcher Carmon utilizes his managerial talents and interpersonal skills to optimize the facility’s productivity, coordinating the workforce and collaborating with upper management to ensure seamless operational function. As a team organizer, Fletcher Carmon consistently employs his communication skills in multiple capacities, and encourages others to do the same. Outside of his professional life, Fletcher Carmon enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, and he is particularly fond of golf. A former member of the United States Golf Association, Fletcher Carmon spends as much time on the course as his busy schedule allows.
