Research and AnalysisCharlottesville, VirginiaFran attended the University of Arkansas where she received a BS in Architectural Studies and a BA and MA in English Literature. Fran graduated with highest undergraduate honors, delivered the commencement address for the University of Arkansas School of Architecture, and received the Vance Randolph award for outstanding graduate studies in English. While working on her Master’s degree, she taught basic writing to college freshmen. After earning her MA, Fran worked in the publishing industry for two years as a Project Manager/Production Editor for Silverchair Science and Communications. At Silverchair, she managed textbook production and provided editorial services for many top-selling handbooks, textbooks, and digital learning products. Fran then worked as a Content Analyst with Hanover Research Council before beginning studies at Yale Law School in the fall of 2009. Fran is currently a second-year law student and Managing Editor for the Yale Law Journal. She spent last summer interning for a Federal Public Defender in Mobile, AL, and will be working at Sidley Austin in Washington, D.C., this summer. Fran Faircloth's Schools
