I started my real estate career as a front-end investor in condo conversions. This led to rehabbing and residential rental property acquisitions. I have held positions in real estate from the role of agent all the way up to sales director for a condo real estate brokerage.

One of the most rewarding parts of my profession is helping many clients start building wealth investing through real estate purchases or sales. But what I enjoy the most is working with first-time homebuyers. I get a true sense of satisfaction helping someone find his or her perfect first home. I have helped many renters become homeowners.

While Attending the Illinois Institute of Technology for engineering, I decided to get a part time job on the Commodity Exchange trading floor. That led to a 15 year career in the trading pits of the Mercantile Exchange. I am addicted to action and used to getting immediate results. I take this philosophy into working with my clients. Whether I am working with buyers, sellers or investors. Its all about customer service and satisfaction.
