As a financial advisor, he regularly increased the revenues from his accounts and the amount of client assets under his management. As a manager, his exceptional leadership qualities were demonstrated through a consistent increase in the revenue of the advisors under his supervision.

Frank LaRosa entered the investment industry in 1996, after graduating from New Jersey’s Kean College with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. He began his career as a financial advisor with Prudential Securities, where he earned nationwide recognition as the firm’s top trainee. By the end of 1998, LaRosa’s accounts were generating over $300,000 in revenue and he was managing over $18 million in client assets. In 1999, Frank LaRosa moved to the Red Bank, New Jersey, branch of Smith Barney. During his first year, he doubled his client asset base to $36 million and increased generated revenue to $440,000.

In the following years, Frank LaRosa was repeatedly promoted at Smith Barney and continued to advance when the firm merged with Morgan Stanley. From 2009 to 2010, he served as Senior Vice President of the firm’s Southern New Jersey Complex, the second-largest in the region with $75 million in client assets and over 115 financial advisors. Under his leadership, the complex had the highest average revenues in the region per financial advisor at $650,000 and was the top office for new client assets. The well-regarded magazine On Wall Street named him one of its Top 10 Branch Managers 2010 in recognition of his efforts.
