I am currently working on an ESRC funded research project, which investigates knowledge linkages between UK motorsport and cleantech firms.

From October 2011 onwards, I will be a Lecturer in Strategy and Innovation at the University of Southampton.

My Ph.D project at the University of Cambridge (Gates Scholar) critically investigated the role of personal networks for knowledge flows in innovative clusters. The results challenge widespread assumptions in cluster policies and lead to a more sophisticated understanding of personal knowledge networks between organisations.

I have gained teaching experience as an external lecturer at universities in Cambridge, Kassel, Salzburg and Zurich.
