A clinical and forensic psychologist based in Thousand Oaks, California, Dr. Fred Norris received his Doctor of Philosophy in Counseling Psychology from The University of Southern California in 1987. Dr. Fred Norris subsequently earned a Master of Business Administration from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks in 1981. He previously studied psychology as an undergraduate and graduate student at California State University, Northridge prior to pursuing a career as a psychologist. First establishing his practice as an educational psychologist in 1978, Dr. Fred Norris remained committed to furthering his education, teaching a variety of courses as a Graduate School Instructor while studying at California Lutheran University.
