CEO of Giant Media Inc - Garianno Lorenzo

Beverly Hills, California

Garianno Lorenzo’s expertise as a writer and producer has earned him numerous partnerships and business opportunities within the entertainment industry. Lorenzo began creating those connections and opportunities through his work as a music producer. In 1990, he wrote and produced for the number-one-charting pop music group, C&C Music Factory, which went on to win two MTV Video Music Awards, an American Music Award, five Billboard Awards, and a Grammy for the song “I’m Every Woman,” the title track in the movie The Bodyguard. He also produced for other artists, including Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, Marriah Carey, and Natalie Cole.

Garianno Lorenzo was also the first producer to use hard-disk digital recording technology, which he helped develop with The Roland Corporation. Lorenzo used this technology to record the music of the major recording artist and legend George Benson, a 10-time Grammy Award winner. The song Lorenzo recorded for George Benson, using this groundbreaking, game-changing technology, was also nominated for a Grammy Award. His technological contributions to the recording industry have changed how audio will be recorded forever. He is featured in the book Hard Disk Recording For Musicians.

Lorenzo later composed numerous songs with three-time Grammy Award nominee Denise Rich. Several of these songs were performed by Natalie Cole on her 2000 album, “Livin’ for Love,” from the movie of the same name.

In addition to his innovations as a music producer, Garianno Lorenzo is currently very active in several innovative businesses and technology ventures, including one that involves the largest collection of Michael Jackson music masters and memorabilia.

Today, Garianno Lorenzo serves as the CEO of Giant Media Inc (GMI). GMI is currently focused on feature films, music, and technology in several developing ventures with various partners around the world. Lorenzo is quoted as saying, “If content is the new gold, then combining content and technology is the new oil.”
