Gary Camarano commands a long and successful career in business development and management. Gary Camarano’s extensive experience has enabled him to launch a rewarding career as an independent contractor for business development. Gary Camarano’s results-driven methods have attracted numerous clients, such as author Jeffrey Fox, for whom Gary Camarano has helped to develop sales and marketing since 2009. Gary Camarano received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Minor in Business Administration from Valparaiso University. Gary Camarano subsequently matriculated at Kent State University, earning his Master of Public Administration. Following the completion of his degrees, Gary Camarano began work for TRUSTAR Retirement Plan Services, becoming the Senior Director of Alliance Partnership Development. During his five years with the firm, Gary Camarano demonstrated exceptional business management skills, by coordinating administration outsourcing efforts that reduced company overhead and acquiring numerous plans that accrued over a billion dollars in assets. In 2003, Gary Camarano co-founded Malvern Benefits, an Internet-based retirement plan provider. As a founding officer, Gary Camarano facilitated all sales and marketing aspects of the business, which encompassed creating and designing marketing materials and a sales plan. In 2005, Gary Camarano began work at Bank of America/LaSalle Bank in Chicago, Illinois, serving as the Senior Business Developer for three years. In this position, Gary Camarano managed the WorkPlaceDirect Financial Services for 30 Chicagoland branches. During his tenure at Bank of America, Gary Camarano exceeded annual goals for both new company relationships and new account growth by 120 percent, transforming the worst performing sales territory to one in the top quartile of WPD sales within six months. Additionally, Camarano developed a book of business for voluntary benefits programs. Gary Camarano is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and has continued his education through numerous institutions, including an Executive Education Program at Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University. In his leisure time, Gary Camarano plays competitive lacrosse and participates in community service projects, such as Kiwanis Club of Park Ridge and Park Ridge Thor Guard Protection Projects. Gary Camarano supports numerous charitable causes, including American Cancer Society, AMVETS, and the American Heart and Lung Associations. Camarano is also a founding member of the Park Ridge Bocce and Social Club.
