Gemi Gural spearheads many teams as a Client Business Manager in the telecommunications department for AT&T. Gemi Gural developed and aptitude in customer service during her 13 years with AT&T. Prior to her employment with AT&T, Gemi Gural graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Gemi Gural then attended a two-year graduate program at Gonzaga University, also in Washington, where she earned her Master of Business Administration. Gemi Gural’s career started in 1997 as an Account Executive with AT&T. Gemi Gural progressively gained more responsibilities and experience as she served in a number of different roles. As an On-site Work Force Supervisor and Sales Manager, Gemi Gural was responsible for leading teams of technicians and sales personnel. Gemi Gural developed an aptitude for maintaining and increasing acquisition sales and learned the intricate operations of managing a sizeable number of workers. In addition to implementing coaching sessions for meeting sales goals and developing and applying marketing strategies, Gemi Gural also ensured ongoing education regarding safety and vehicle protocols. Gemi Gural has also consistently achieved customer satisfaction with her ability to resolve client concerns and negotiate contracts that benefited both parties. In her present position as Client Business Manager, Gemi Gural expertly communicates and leads her teams with a focus on a range of services, such as private IP, web hosting, and cloud computing. Gemi Gural also demonstrates her business savvy by creating and presenting proposals and recognizing and evaluating opportunities. When not immersed in her work, Gemi Gural enjoys her time at home in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, by reading, enjoying the outdoors, and traveling.
