For more than two decades, Gerald Mosely, PhD, has distinguished himself for excellence in the pharmaceutical sales and operations industry. Dr. Mosely has raised the performance in declining divisions within global pharmaceutical companies, developed recognized training programs and helped international health associations and agencies to create customized solutions. Currently the acting Chief Commercial Officer at Arbor Vita Corporation in Fremont, California, Dr. Mosely has also worked at Baxter Healthcare International and GlaxoSmithKline plc.

At Baxter Healthcare International, Dr. Gerald Mosely oversaw 230 staff members, as well as a support staff of more than 300. He led global marketing, global technical support and U.S. operations for the company’s anesthesia and critical care products. Dr. Mosely oversaw double-digit revenue growth for the division, increasing gross sales from $317 million to over $450 million two years later. Dr. Gerald Mosely managed the global expansion of sevoflurane in over 17 markets, as well as the global expansion of Brevibloc.

As of mid-2009, Gerald Mosely, PhD, has served Arbor Vita Corporation. He works on developing commercialization strategies for the company’s products. In conjunction with Arbor Vita, Dr. Mosely also collaborates with PATH (Program for Appropriate Technology in Health), an international nonprofit organization seeking to find practical solutions to the world’s health care access problems. Dr. Gerald Mosely boasts a long track record of partnering with outside agencies to develop solutions to health care issues.

Gerald Mosely, PhD, studied experimental pathology at the University of Washington, Seattle, graduating in 1986 with a Doctor of Philosophy. Dr. Gerald Mosely has frequently spoken at pharmacy conferences and his work on tumor antigens, as well as susceptibility testing, has been published in the Journal of Immunology and Diagnostic Microbiology and Infectious Disease.
