I am a physiotherapist originally from Scotland. I have worked as a department manager in the NHS giving me significant recruitment experience. I emigrated to Australia in 2000 and worked at the University of Melbourne as a lecturer on the Physiotherapy degree course while also undertaking research towards my PhD degree.
