At the University of Hartford, Grant Engrav led his class as Student Body President for three years. Grant Engrav also made the Dean’s List in 2006 through 2008, demonstrating the work ethic that enabled him to be reelected by his peers as a student government leader. During his freshman year, Grant Engrav earned a place in the National Honor Society at the Presidential Level. Grant Engrav’s accomplishments have granted him admission into the National Society of Leadership and Success. In addition to his academic excellence, Grant Engrav volunteered as a United Nations Youth Mentor in 2007. An Oregon native, Grant Engrav served as Captain and Referee of the Lake Oswego Soccer Club varsity team. Engrav’s athletic skills and group leadership experience earned Engrav a position with the Oregon Olympic Development Program. Soon after joining, Grant Engrav became Captain of his nationally recognized team. In his free time, Grant Engrav enjoys reading, listing the works of classic authors Alexander Dumas and Jack Kerouac among his most admired. Grant Engrav also continues to play intramural soccer and donate time to local food banks.
