Health care executive Dr. Grant Senner has specialized in business management, marketing, and financial strategy in the medical field. He also has a background in applied medical research. On completion of his doctorate, Grant accepted a position with the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS). In this capacity, he served as a project manager and consultant for AHCCCS, which supervises Arizona’s Medicaid programs in partnership with the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Grant’s duties focused on quality management, contracting, network development, and reimbursement in managed care systems.

After his time in the public sector, Grant moved to the private sector in 2006. For the next five years, he presided as Director of Business Development and Patient Services in the Tucson area for Athlon/San Luis Sports Therapy and Orthopedic Rehabilitation. He devised marketing and operational strategies for the firm and identified partners for the company in the academic and medical sectors. A graduate of The University of Arizona College of Medicine, Grant serves on the Alumni Board for the College of Medicine in Tucson and Phoenix. Grant resides in Tucson with his wife Michelle Senner.
