• Expanded the direct marketing business for accident and health insurance business from a single line cross sell business to a multi-line, innovation led, rapidly growing and profitable business. • CAGR of 180% per annum over 3 years – GPW scaled from $50,000 per month to $1.1 million • Setup an innovative internet marketing model which has been nominated as a Centre of Excellence • Recruited, trained and managed a team of 30 high caliber professionals with diverse backgrounds. • Staff attrition rate less than 3% per annum against an industry average of 15% • Proposed, negotiated and setup an AIU managed sponsor business with HSBC which has been retained with AIG for 4 years despite competitive pressures and external factors.
